This is an image of our attacker locking victim inside storage place he keeps her hostage.
In our opening to a thriller, one of the shots if from the point of view of the victim, of the attacker shutting and locking the door on her. There is a flash of black which represents what we want to potray that the victim can see, being darkness. The audience are then left to ponder and condure up a conclussion in their minds of what will eventually happen to the victim.
Victim tied up unconcious after being captured by attacker.
In our original idea we were to film the victim being tied up, unconcious and film her tied up in the chair hopeless to the situation she finds herself in. However, after a group discussion after looking at the filming from the day we found the tie-ing up of and focusing in on victim un-concious looked too un-realistic. This is due to the fact if you were to capture someone, the setting is full of items that would just be found in an everyday setting. Therefore, if the victim was clever enough they could work out exactly when they were captured and think of a way to escape. Before filming we should of thought of this problem as a group.
This is the building we filmed our opening of a thriller.
For the last shot of our thriller, there is medium shot of Henry locking the door, and an effect is potrayed of a conjure of two effects merged together.
Stalker based image of attacker watching from a distance his prey being the girl, the victim he is obsessed with her and takes her captive. This image really emphasises on the concept of what we are trying to show with this character, he will just go to any lengths to get what he
desires the most, being the victim.
Victim and boyfriend who attacker is so jealous of, as he wants to be with her, he dosent want anyone else to have her.
This is why he has the motive to kidnap her, so he can protect her and get her out of the situation she finds herself in, as he is not only doing it for himself but for god.
This is a shot of the victims boyfriend before the drug deal that takes place between the attacker and him. Kingstons character within the opening to our thriller is only shown vaguely, when the drug deal is taking place however, he's involvement in the opening potrays a different type of
social class compared to the attacker.
The social class represented is of your sterotypical 'thug' or 'chav'. The reason for this being the clothing he wears, such as a hoodie, which would normally be worn by a gang member, and creates a sense of authority for him to everyone around him. In the scene, you cannot actually see his face, emotions or actions very clearly, as it is a
long shot. However, you can assume the situation taking place being the drug deal, and his body language walking towards the attacker, and after the drug deal has taken place, him walking away from the situation.

Image of dead deer found at henrys abbattoir. This is used within our opening of a thriller, which includes us vooming in and out creating a
close up shot of its eyes. This effect shows depth and emptiness as the deer is no longer living. The deer head also looks un-hygenic as the dead corspe is rotting and surrouned by germs and diseases. This could play a big impact on the reader as it could creating a disturbing image in their minds which could link back to our relgious freak attacker, and portray his disturbance in his mind.
The place we filmed our media was a little village called Kirkby Underwood, we filmed some scenes in Boulby Barns and the outskirts, near the bridge out of Kirkby Underwood. The weekend before we were due to film, we visited the area and all our potential places we could use to film our opening, we did a brief run-through of some of the scenes, and ideas we had in mind to see if they would fit the location we were at. We also all had to discuss and plan what objects we needed, and which member of the group could get hold of these objects. We then had the task of planning a shooting script for what we were going to do, so on the day of filming we had everything ready and we knew exactly what needed to be done, in the time that we had. We then set times/places of where we would meet on the day, and what form of transport and how we would get to our filiming destination.
